In the unfortunate event you have sustained a serious injury at work as a result of an unsafe system of work or as a result of an unsafe work practice you will be entitled to your loss of income and your loss of superannuation to the age of 67.

 

There is generally a three year limit on bringing such claims although there are circumstances where you are able to bring the claim outside this time frame.
